Sleep
- Go to bed at the same time every night
- Wake up at the same time every morning
- Avoid screens 1 hour before bed
- Keep your bedroom cool, 60 to 67° F (15 to 19° C), dark and quiet
- Avoid heavy meals before bed
- Get some sunlight early in the day
- Get some exercise during the day
- Try meditation or deep breathing before bed
Diet
- Eat whole foods
- Do not drink anything 30min before and after meals
- Chew your food well
- Cut out processed foods
- Cut out sugar
- Cut out artificial sweeteners
- Cut out alcohol
- Cut out caffeine
- Cut out dairy (except for ghee, butter, and kefir)
Exercise
